Is there a way to change my avatar's gender?

Since I am male, I would like for my avatar to be male. A while ago I made a female avatar and was goofing around, but I don't know how to change the gender to male. Is there a way to change the avatar's gender after you already made it?Is there a way to change my avatar's gender?
