well really im asking if you change your gender from female to blank on your facebook information, then send an honesty box comment, and then change it back to female, will the sent comment turn pink to indicate your a girl or will it stay grey?How can you hide you gender on honesty box?

This will reflect on the particular thread you will send. If you revert to your chosen gender after sending your message, it will not be retroactive and will remain as you sent it.
