I don't know whether to be amused by or grossed out or pissed off at the idea of Alucard being depicted as female in the prequel manga series, Hellsing: the Dawn. I would very much appreciate it if anyone here could tell if this rumor I heard is true, and if it is true, why? How and for what reason did Alucard change gender? Is he actually sexless like Envy from Fullmetal Alchemist? So he can either male or female whenever he wants? Or is it just an illusion he conjures up to deceive his enemies? He's supposed to be Count Dracula for crying out loud, not Draculina like Seras!Is it true that Alucard takes the form of a young girl in the new manga, Hellsing: The Dawn?
