Search old questions about gender change operations. I looked it up a while ago, and there was a link in one of the questions to a clinic's website that had very detailed explanations and even photos...
MTF looks like it is a bit easier and much more like the ';real'; thing. But FTM is not a functioning organ, of course, and looks very different.
you should also know that this is one of those needlessly prurient questions that ts folks get really tired of and annoyed at.
